How to Order
1. Place your order online on our website - a minimum of 50% payment deposit is required for orders to be processed.
2. Remaining payment amount is due in full no later than 14 calendar days prior to your event date.
3. Your order will arrive at least 2 days before your event date. We will email you the tracking info once your order ships.
4. Mail all rental items back within 2 days after your event date using original packaging and included pre-paid shipping label(s). All boxes must be taken back to a UPS location to be dropped off and you should obtain drop-off receipt for your records.
Note: all orders are subject to the terms and conditions of our Rental Agreement.
We currently ship to the following US locations only: DC, VA, MD, DE, WV, OH, PA, IN, NJ, NY, CT, RI, MA, VT, NH, NC, SC, GA.
Free Shipping (both ways) on orders of $800 and over (all rental packages ship for free!).
To ensure best availability of all products for your event date we recommend placing your order at least 3-4 months in advance. If you need it sooner, please email or call us before placing an order online.
Cancellations and Refunds
Unfortunately sometimes things just don’t go as planned :/ and we completely understand.
We allow you to cancel an existing order according to the following rules:
Cancel at least 30 full calendar days before your event date - 100% refund
Cancel at least 15 but less than 30 calendar days before your event date - 50% refund
Cancel less than 15 full calendar days before your event date - 0% refund
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We understand that changes happen, people cancel or you have more than expected. Changes to an existing order can be made up to 15 full calendar days prior to event date and are subject to product availability.
All change requests should be emailed to email@example.com.
